§ Mr. GoodladI have made it clear that it is my policy to be as open as possible on such matters. Information given to Parliament includes the tonnage of civil spent fuel reprocessed in the Magnox reprocessing plant, B205, at Sellafield —Official Report, 11 December, at columns 638–39; the amount of spent fuel discharged from the Magnox reactors of the CEGB — Official Report, 26 June 1986, at column 269; and the allocation and use of plutonium produced in the generating board's Magnox reactors Official Report, 21 July 1986, at columns 10–11. The publication of information on plutonium is one of the matters covered in Sir Frank Layfield's report into the CEGB's application for consent to construct Sizewell B. It would not be proper for me to comment further on this, or associated matters, before my right hon. Friend has taken his decision on the CEGB's application.
