74WIn addition staff midwives and midwifery sisters receive additional payments' mainly for working overtime and unsocial hours. Present average earnings (excluding London Weighting) of full-time staff midwives and midwifery sisters are estimated to be about 15 per cent. and 14 per cent. greater than basic pay.
