§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will list for each housing authority in England the latest figures for the number of dwellings classed as difficult to let, indicating the percentage this figure represents of the authority-owned stock; and what are the changes in these figures since April 1986;
41W(2) if he will list in descending order the numbers of dwellings owned by each English local housing authority, as at 1 April 1987, showing the comparable figure for 1 April 1986;
(3) if he will list for each housing authority the latest figures for (a) the number of unfit dwellings, (b) the number of dwellings fit but lacking basic amenities and (c) the number of non-standard dwellings in need of renovation, indicating in each case the percentage of total stock affected and the percentage change from the same date in 1986.
