§ Mr. Gordon Brownasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how much has been spent by the Scottish Development Agency in each year since 1979 (a) in the Dunfermline, East constituency and (b) in Fife in the following areas: (i) environmental improvement, (ii) industrial investment, (iii) advance factory building and (iv) total spending; and if he will express these figures as a percentage of spending by the Scottish Development Agency in Scotland.
