§ Mr. David Nicholsonasked the Minister for the Arts if he will list the occasions in the last 10 years that paintings in the United Kingdom's major art galleries have been criminally damaged; what estimates exist of the repairs then made necessary; what were the names of the persons consequently convicted; and what penalties or treatment resulted.
