§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the overall percentage change in the non-domestic rate poundage in each rating authority in England between 1981–82 and 1987–88, showing the percentage increase which would have occurred in each if the non-domestic rate poundage had increased in line with the retail price index over this period and the difference between the two percentages for each authority.
