§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI am today publishing in Wales a consultation document seeking views on the Government's proposal to legislate to give all secondary schools and larger primary schools control over their own budgets. I have asked for comments to be submitted by 16 September. Copies of the document have been placed in the Library.
