asked the Secretary of State for Defence if the basing of the Royal Air Force's nuclear emergency team at St. Athan involves the storage of nuclear waste or radioactive material to be used in the training of this team.

It has been the practice of successive Governments not to comment specifically on the storage of defence nuclear material.
