(2) what conclusions were drawn in the course of preparatory studies undertaken in relation to the proposed Government data network, about the potential cost savings that might be made by allowing certain data other than that concerning income tax deductions and taxable national insurance benefits, to be transferred between his Department and the Inland Revenue.
