As part of a study of funding of vocational education and training in Britain, the Manpower Services Commission is undertaking a survey of employers' training activities. The survey will examine costs and volumes of training across all major sectors, including the construction industry. The results of the survey are expected to be available in 1988. The annual report of the Construction Industry Training Board provides financial data on training activity involving the board.
