§ Mr. Bermingham
asked the Attorney-General what steps he proposes to take to ensure that case papers for agents, solicitors or barristers are provided, at the latest, the night before the hearings.
§ The Attorney-General
[pursuant to his reply, 6 July, c. 71]: I am acutely conscious of the need to supply case papers to agents as early as possible. The matter is kept under constant review and all appropriate methods of modern communication are utilised in the endeavour to ensure that this is achieved.
