§ Mr. Peter BottomleyFollowing objections by the district council, our proposal has been referred to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. He also has before him appeals by private developers for two other sites. It is now for him to decide what arrangements to make for hearing representations on these proposals.
