Exports of plutonium to France, like those to other member states of the European Community, are covered by the standard format set out in the reply given by my hon. Friend the Member for Enfield, North (Mr. Eggar) on 18 December 1986 at columns 611–12.
Information on exports to individual countries was and remains confidential for both commercial and security reasons.
