Mr. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Energy (1) when he expects to be able to begin the publication of full information on civil plutonium production in the United Kingdom: and if he will make a statement;
(2) with whom his Department has held discussions on the publication of records relating to future plutonium production from United Kingdom civil nuclear reactors; and on what occasions such discussions have taken place.
