§ Sir Raymond Gowerasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many council dwellings had been sold to tenants, up to the latest convenient date.
§ Mr. GristA total of 48,477 council dwellings have been sold to sitting tenants under the right-to-buy scheme since its introduction in October 1980, up to 31 March 1987.
In addition, 2,211 council dwellings were sold under voluntary agreements during the same period.
