HC Deb 29 January 1987 vol 109 c383W
41. Mr. Madden

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what representations he has received concerning the strip searching of passengers by Her Majesty's Customs and Excise officials at United Kingdom ports of entry.

Mr. Brooke

There have been very few representations: a small number of letters from other hon. Members during 1986 referring to particular individual cases and more recently representations from the hon. Member. I refer him to my reply to his previous questions on 16 December at columns499 and 510.
