§ Mr. Cartwrightasked the Secretary of State for Defence what consultations he is conducting concerning possible contracting out of the Stores and Clothing Research and Development Establishment.
§ Mr. FreemanA study is being carried out into the functions and activities of the Stores and Clothing Research and Development Establishment which includes an examination of the scope for contracting out. The Department would follow its normal consultation procedure on any proposals for contracting out resulting from the study.
