§ Mr. JoplingMy Department, which obtains its supplies of stationery through Her Majesty's Stationery Office, does not use letterhead stationery and notepads made from recycled paper for reasons of financial economy. Recycled paper is significantly more expensive than paper of comparable quality made from new material.
