§ Mr. Lyell[pursuant to his reply, 20 January 1987, c. 540]: One local office reported that it was closed to the public for the whole of the week beginning Monday, 12 January, and 140 local offices have reported that they were closed to the public for part of the week due to severe weather conditions.
