My right hon. and learned Friend has met the high commissioner on a number of occasions over the past year, the last of which was in November. My right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and my right hon. and learned Friend met President Kyprianou for a full discussion last April. We also have frequent contact with the Cypriot Government at official level.
