§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will reconsider his decision to deport Walter Yao pending a full review of his case; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will list in the Official Report the representations he has received concerning the proposed deportation of Walter Yao;
(3) if, in the light of further information now available, he will agree to meet the hon. Member for Liverpool, Riverside and Mr. Walter Yao to discuss the proposed deportation of the latter; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. WaddingtonI will write to the hon. Member once further representations about the case of Mr. Walter Yao have been considered. In the meantime, Mr. Yao will not be removed from the United Kingdom.
