§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland what steps the Lord Advocate takes to ascertain, in advance of publication, whether a book or article is to be published which may constitute a breach of the Official Secrets Act, or in relation to which the public interest may require him to seek an interdict.
