§ Mr. Gowasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what proposals he has to seek to improve the accuracy of the lists of patients of general practitioners.
§ Mr. NewtonFamily practitioner committees are required to maintain up-to-date lists of patients for each doctor on their medical lists. The accuracy of this informatin is improving significantly as a result of using computers to maintain FPC records. A programme of computerisation is under way and is due to be completed by March 1988.
