The Skynet 4B and 4C satellite systems have not yet been registered; this is the last stage in the international coordination process. Advance publication was sent to the IFRB about Skynet 4B and 4C on 13 April 1982 and 21 July 1983 respectively, specifying orbital locations of 6 deg. E and 53 deg. E respectively.
