Whether the Criminal Law Revision Committee has undertaken any review of the Offences against the Person Act 1961 or the Infant Life (Preservation) Act 1929 and, if so, what conclusions were reached.

The Committee's Fourteenth Report (Cmnd. 7844) dealt with offences against the person, but did not include any recommendations concerning the Infant Life (Preservation) Act 1929.
