Mr. Greenwayasked the Minister for the Arts, pursuant to his reply of 26 January, Official Report, column 76, if he will place in the Library a copy of his letter to the Audit Commission regarding the legal costs of Ealing, Camden and Hammersmith and Fulham councils concerning their ban on The Times, The Sun and other News International publications; and if he will make a statement.
