§ 81. Mr. Hannamasked the Minister for the Arts if he has any plans to change the arrangements for indemnity for loans by local authority museums and galleries.
§ Mr. LuceNot at present. Indemnities for loans by local authority museums and galleries are granted under the National Heritage Act 1980. Guidelines on the scheme, which is administered by the Museums and Galleries Commission, were issued by the Office of Arts and Libraries in March 1985.
