(2) if he will estimate the loss to the Treasury resulting from extra-statutory concessions allowed in relation to concessionary coal supplied to mine workers.
§ Mr. Norman LamontThe concession relating to miners' concessionary coal is, like all extra-statutory concessions, reviewed from time to time. The cost of the concession is estimated to be about £15 million annually.
