§ Mr. ChopeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State announced on 13 January his firm intentions for the first supplementary report 1986–87.
This report will distribute £618 million grant currently available for recycling and will honour the guarantee given by my right hon. Friend's predecessor that at least £500 million would be available at first supplementary report. It will be made as soon as the Local Government Finance Bill receives Royal Assent. Individual authority figures are as follows.
