§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the Official Report the names of the voluntary organisations to which he makes an annual contribution.
867W
Mr. Lye11The voluntary organisations listed received grant aid from the Department in 1985–86. Grants to meet the central administrative costs of national voluntary organisations are normally awarded for a period of up to three years and are only renewed following a careful reappraisal of the organisations' objectives. Grants towards project work are made for a fixed term and are not normally renewable.
