§ Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Paymaster General (1) if he will publish in the Official Report details of the divergence between predicted and actual expenditure in 1986 on each Manpower Services Commission programme area within the vocational educational and training group and the employment and enterprise group;
(2) what plans he has to seek the views and advice of the area manpower boards on his proposed extension of the job training scheme;
(3) if the eligibility rules for the job training scheme will allow women who are unemployed, but not in receipt of benefit, to participate in the scheme and receive a training allowance.
