§ Mr. Pikeasked the Paymaster General if he will give the figures for the latest date available for the Burnley job club of (a) total participants to date, (b) how many are currently in employment and (c) how many are employed through the community programme.
§ Mr. LeeA total of 136 people joined Burnley job club between 27 May 1986 and 9 January 1987. Of the 103 who left, 66 (64 per cent.) went into jobs and 9 (9 per cent.) into the community programme. It is not known how many are currently in employment.
§ Mr. Pikeasked the Paymaster General if he will list in the Official Report the job clubs in Lancashire and indicate the number of members at each club at the latest date for which figures are available.
