HC Deb 02 February 1987 vol 109 c477W
Mr. Stuart Holland

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the answer of 26 January, Official Report, columns 22–23, when he expects the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis to submit proposals to the Police Complaints Authority on whether disciplinary charges should be brought against any of the officers involved in the armed raid which resulted in the shooting of Mrs. Cherry Grose; and whether he will require such proposals to be published.

Mr. Douglas Hogg

I understand that the Police Complaints Authority has received from the commissioner a memorandum under section 90 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 containing proposals in respect of disciplinary action arising from this incident. The authority will announce its decision shortly. Memoranda under section 90 of the 1984 Act are not published.
