§ Mr. Peter Brooke[holding answer 17 December 1987]: The estimated expenditure for 1987–88 is £35,000, none of which is likely to be on television and radio advertising. Detailed decisions on expenditure by the media in 1988–89 have not yet been taken but overall publicity expenditure is provisionally budgeted at £36,500.
