To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services at what stage of pregnancy the alphafetoprotein pregnancy test is offered to women in each of the health regions.

When an alphafetoprotein test on blood is offered this is usually at around 16 weeks of pregnancy. The information requested on regions is not held centrally.
