§ Mr. Richard ShepherdTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list in theOfficial Report the names of his advisory committees, together with an indication of those whose members are required to sign a declaration under, or who have otherwise had drawn to their attention, the provisions of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act.
§ Mr. LeeThe list of Department of Employment group advisory committees is given on pages 15 to 17 of the Cabinet Office publication "Public Bodies 1987." There are two committees whose members are required to sign the Official Secrets Act, the Manpower Services Committee for Scotland and the Manpower Services Committee for Wales. There are no other advisory committees whose members are required either to sign a declaration under or have the provisions of section 2 drawn to their attention.
