§ Mr. MellorThe bilateral Geneva nuclear and space talks between the United States and Soviet Union will continue. We look forward to the completion of a treaty providing for a 50 per cent. reduction in the strategic offensive weapons of the United States and Soviet Union. The 40 members of the conference on disarmament will continue to work towards a comprehensive global and verifiable ban on chemical weapons.
