§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Cardiff Bay development corporation has recently approved a grant to the Wales Railway Centre for the erection of perimeter fencing and other environmental improvements at the Bute street site. The locomotives will shortly be transported to the centre to undergo refurbishment under an MSC community programme project. I understand that the railway centre has approached the Welsh Development Agency, South Glamorgan county council and the Development Corporation for future grant aid.
