§ Mr. LuceThe Civil Service Commissioners have been monitoring the ethnic origin of applicants to all their recruitment schemes since September 1986. The progress of candidates is being analysed, including the main fast-stream recruitment. The first year's results will be published in the commissioners' 1987 annual report.
