Mr. Sean Hughes

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services what were the numbers of courses of treatment from general dental practitioners during the last 10 years; what were(a) the numbers of courses each year, (b) the average numbers of courses each year per dentist, (c) the numbers of courses in respect of examinations only, (d) the average numbers of courses of examination only, per dentist, (e) the numbers of occasional courses per year and per dentist and (f) the numbers of uncompleted courses per year and the average per dentist.
