§ Mrs. ChalkerWe have expressed concern about this tragic incident on a number of occasions, most recently during my visit to southern Africa. The Mozambican authorities have expressed their profound regret both to Her Majesty's Government and to the bereaved families. We have formally reserved the right to claim compensation.
