§ Mr. ChopeI reported in November 1986 that the estimated cost of construction and fitting-out was £36 million. The current estimate, including contractors' claims paid to date, additional inflation and variation of price payments, is £38.6 million. The final cost will depend on settlement of the final account including claims still being negotiated.
