Friend the Member for Epsom and Ewell (Mr. Hamilton), on 8 December 1986, at column87, the United Kingdom and the United States are collaborating in a joint programme of studies aimed at testing the feasibility of operating an over-the-horizon radar system in the United Kingdom. These studies are still continuing.
