To ask the Prime Minister if she will specify those matters relating to arms control and disarmament upon which(a) the Ministry of Defence and (b) the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, respectively, answer parliamentary questions; and if she will make a statement.

In general all questions on arms control and disarmament matters should be addressed to my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs.
