§ Mrs. RoeThe 24 house types designated nationally under the Housing Defects legislation—part XVI of the Housing act 1985—are listed in the table, together with progress on repair systems for each. In all, the national House-Building Council's subsidiary, PRC Homes Ltd., has now approved 44 repair systems covering 11 of the most common house types. More detailed progress reports are provided regularly by PRC Homes Ltd. and are placed in the Library.
