§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Representation of the People Regulations 1986 require electoral registration officers, on payment of a prescribed fee, to supply electoral registration data only to those people who are entitled to free copies of the printed register, that is, those who need it in connection with elections. Electoral registration officers are not required to supply the data to any other person, though they may do so on payment of a higher prescribed fee.
