To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he is next to meet the chairman of the Sports Council to discuss current issues facing sport.

Mr. Moynihan

I meet regularly the chairman of the Sports Council to discuss issues relating to the development of sport. I last met him on 3 November and I expect to see him again shortly.
