Act 1974, with the average fine, for each year from 1974 to the latest available date, (b) the number of convictions, and the average fine, under the Health and Safety at Work, Etc. Act 1984 against (i) employees and (ii) employers for each year from 1984 to the latest available date and (c) the number of imprisonments under the Health and Safety at Work, Etc. Act 1984 for each year from 1984 to the latest available date.

The number of new job training scheme places contracted in Dundee to March 1988 (including the pilot period from November 1986 to March 1987) total 1,700 of which 649 places have been occupied and 525 people have left before completing the scheme.
