§ Mr. EggarBritish consulates have been instructed to make the application forms for electoral registration overseas as widely available as possible. Arrangements for publicity were set out in my written reply of 22 July 1986, at column142, to my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester, East (Mr. Bruinvels). Further instructions on publicity were issued to posts on 6 April 1987.
