§ Mr. Greenwayasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will publish the percentage of boarding places in each of the years 1978 to 1986, inclusive, which came from (a) the independent sector and (b) the maintained sector;
(2) if he will publish the number of boarding places in each of the years 1978 to 1986, inclusive, in (a) the independent sector and (b) the maintained sector.
§ Mr. DunnThe numbers of boarding places are not collected, but the numbers of full-time boarders and the percentage of pupils who are boarders in the maintained and non-maintained sectors for each of the years 1978 to 1986 inclusive are given in the following table.
